📓 The Binder
It wasn't a business plan.
It was a declaration.
Written in an abandoned house. By a man with nothing left to lose. And everything left to give.
The year was 2017. A son that once needed feeding every two hours, now actively in high energy nap stage. The house had no running water. The storms had taken most of what was left. A maxed-out cell phone data plan was the only connection to the outside world.
And in the middle of all of that — a binder appeared.
Not from a store. Not from an office supply run. From the necessity that has always been the mother of invention — the deep knowing that this is not the final chapter — and that the next chapter needed to be written. Now. Tonight.

🌱 What Was In The Binder
Not a spreadsheet. Not a pitch deck. Not a five-year financial projection.
A plan of love.
A humanitarian foundation that would travel from town to town — meeting people where they are — making a tangible difference in the lives of those facing their own abandoned houses, their own storms, their own 2am moments.
The Omni Foundation.
Written by candlelight. Or phone light. Or whatever light was available. Because the mission doesn't wait for better lighting.
📱 The Origin Before The Origin
But the binder wasn't the beginning.
The beginning was 2008 — when a domain was registered. A quiet act. A declaration to the universe that something was coming — even before the full picture was clear.
Doc's Herbal came shortly after. An apothecary built on the ancient understanding that the earth provides everything the body needs. Herbs. Roots. Botanicals. Water. The original pharmacy.
The domain was the seed. The apothecary was the first root. The binder was the blueprint. The Bounder is the vehicle.
And you — reading this — are the destination.
🚐 The Bounder
A 1990 Bounder motorhome. Leaky roof. Decade in storage. Hadn't fixed itself.
A good friend found it. And after a few monsoon showers washed the walls, we sealed the roof hours before flash flood season came. Repurposed wood flooring went in. Cabinets rehung. Coffee made.
And the mission rolled.
Town to town. Tribe to tribe. Frequency to frequency.
The binder in the abandoned house became the foundation on wheels.
