The door was always open. Vinny G just needed to walk through.

The door appeared at the edge of the canyon road.
Massive. Copper-hinged. Ornate beyond anything the desert had any right to contain.
Both sides already open — swung wide — like it had been waiting for exactly this moment.
Gilbert was already sketching it.
R.R. Blaze stood at the threshold — goggles gleaming — electric blue arcs humming along the arch above.
Not blocking the way. Marking it.
This was the entrance. And it had always been here.

He was just… looking at the door.
R.R. Blaze stepped through first. Didn’t look back.
I realized: the invitation wasn’t a piece of paper.
It was the door being open. It was always the door being open.”
The invitation doesn’t arrive in an envelope.
It arrives as a door — already open — in the middle of the road you’re already on.
You don’t need to be invited.
You need to recognize that you already are.
The door is open.
