The Sonoran Desert at golden hour — saguaros on every horizon, the sky burning copper and gold —
and a desert lake spread out before him, still as glass —
Vinny G standing at the water’s edge, back to the world, arms out wide —
and from the single point of light at his feet, electric blue concentric rings expanding outward across the water — one after another — carrying everything.
Each ring held icons — people, families, gears, towers, tools, buildings —
the ripple wasn’t just water — it was impact — it was every life touched, every frequency passed forward —
the gift that Chapter 43 gave, now moving through the world on its own —
unstoppable. Uncontainable. Already beyond the horizon.

“Gilbert was standing right beside me at the water’s edge — no clipboard raised this time — just watching.
I’ve never seen him not writing. But he wasn’t writing.
He was just… watching the rings expand. Each one carrying more than the last.
At some point I looked over at him and his chest was puffed — fuller than I’ve ever seen it —
and there was something on his face I can only describe as: satisfied.
Like he’d been documenting toward this moment since Chapter 1.
And the steampunk spider-mech was there too — copper legs, boiler tank humming quietly — watching the ripple from the right side of the shore.
I don’t know its name yet. But it knew to be there. That’s enough for now.”
You don’t get to see where the ripple ends — because it doesn’t.
That’s the whole point. One drop — one genuine act, one real gift, one true frequency —
and the rings keep moving long after you’ve turned around and walked back into the desert.
